Production Applications 2025

Dear Applicant, Thank you for your interest in this year’s Hilton Arts Festival, from 8 –10 August 2025.

Application Closing Date

Closing Date for Applications :

30 April 2025.

Selections will only be made after this date.
(Please do not enquire before then.)

Application Fee

A non-refundable application fee of R140 to be paid by 30 April 2025 and proof of payment sent to duncan@hiltonfestival.co.za. (use your trading name as the reference)

Acceptance Procedure

Once the independent committee has made a selection you will be contacted and notified of the procedure.

All Crafters are required to commit to trading all 3 days of fest. Crafters who do not set up on the Friday will forfeit their right to trade for the remainder of the festival.
