Visual Art Applications 2024
Dear Applicant, Thank you for your interest in this year’s Hilton Arts Festival, from 2 – 4 August 2024.

Selections will only be made after this date.

Application Fee
A non-refundable application fee of R170 to be paid by 30 April 2024 and proof of payment sent to duncan@hiltonfestival.co.za. (use your trading name as the reference)

Exhibition Space
Each exhibition space consists of 10sqm of hanging space (5m wide by 2m high speed fencing covered in hessian) and one plug point that will accommodate low wattage lighting only.
The area immediately in front of the hanging space may be utilised.
Artists wishing to share a space are to arrange this themselves and submit one application.
Spaces in the Centenary Foyer and Dunn Gallery are by invitation only.

Acceptance Procedure
Once the independent committee has made a selection you will be contacted and notified of the procedure.
All Artists are required to exhibit all 3 days of the Hilton Arts Fest. Artists who do not exhibit on the Friday will forfeit their right to trade for the remainder of the festival.
